Lions Pads help to ensure that everyone is on the same
page if there is a change in your child’s dismissal plans.
The easy-to-use and time saving template walks you through all
of information teachers and the main office need to know when
dismissal changes occur. Simply fill out the page, tear it off, and
have your child hand it in to his/her teacher.
50 sheets per pad.  5.5" x 8.5"

At check-out you will be asked for a shipping address, but Pick-Up can be at one of our stores or through the PTO.
