Turnaround Times.  Course Packet Orders are processed at the end of each business day and available for pick-up or shipping the following day.
Same-Day Printing is available for certain packets during certain times of the semester.

Return Policy. All course packet sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure whether or not you are ordering the correct packet, we recommend visiting our store to view the packet prior to purchasing.  If you wish to return a course packet, we will make every attempt to sell an unused course packet to the next student placing an order.  Only if we actually sell your course packet will you receive a refund.
